HTC Touch Pro, also known as HTC Raphael, is the next-generation of the HTC Touch phone, which is scheduled to release in the second half of year 2008. Likes the other phones in the HTC Touch family, the Touch Pro also features the innovative TouchFLO technology that allows you navigate the phone using your fingers. Besides that, like Apple’s iPhone, the Touch Pro also features onboard accelerometer sensors that automatically rotate the phone’s glass screen based on orientation.
Other features of the Touch Pro include a 3.2-megapixel digital camera, a built-in MP3 music player (Windows Media Player), GPS navigation system (Google Map), video calling, and video recording.

Is this phona available in the US? if not is there a way to get it for at&t?
0 vote I have had this phone for 2
I have had this phone for 2 weeks so I dont have a huge amount of experience with it.
So far:
Pros: Touch Flow is user friendly; Windows is great, esp. having Microsoft Exchange Server. Sleek design, not too bulky (others may differ in opinion). Easy set up.
Cons: Battery Life is aweful. You have to remember to close out programs in the right hand corner of the screen, even once you close out of the application. Smudges!! Obviously this is unavoidable, but I cant wait for the first phone to come out that is smudge proof!
Overall I am pleased with the phone, from a business stand point it takes care of everything I need it to do. Solid A in my opinion

had the phone for 1 week so far I like it better then old mogul, I expected the battery life expectancy longer then previous, and it is but not by a lot. Otherwise, I love it. Very Business Friendly phone!

I've had this phone for less than a week and already I've had to reboot it 2-3 times since it froze on me. Once the keypad (that slides out) didn't work at all and rebooting did the trick. I think it has to do with it overheating so quickly. The best way to reduce it is to close the other programs. You can't be talking to someone on the phone and use the Internet at the same time. Plus, the screen's response to your touch is - at most - ok with it's accuracy. I'm thinking of exchanging it for a different smartphone with HTML capabilities.
But the texting system is wonderful and I like how it keeps the string of texts with one person over several days. I think it keeps the entire string until you decide to delete it all.
