Problem downloading games, softwares, and themes

When I download games,softwares&thems on my nokia5130express music,download completed & there is one camand that 'operation failed'.So I can not download games, softwares,thems please give me solution.

I have problem with my 5130 xpressmusic when im downloding picture it showing saved in memorycard after opening memory card nothing saved there!how can i solve this problem?

Invalid application delete

I have nokia 5130 xpress music..two ago when i insert BSNL sim when i start my cell it show "Invalid application delete","yes,no". i press no button..then it delete my all phoe memory software and pre-installed application of my mobile.When i start music player and radio it show "Not enough memory" message and when i start Browser it doesn't any work.so,i request to you please help me and how to solve this problem..
