Samsung Saga, also know as Samsung SCH-i770, is a touchscreen phone that runs on Windows Mobile 6.1 professional. The Samsung Saga was released for Verizon Wireless in the 4th quarter of 2008. Unlike other touchscreen phones that take out physical QWERY keyboard, the Samsung Saga still comes equipped with a physical full QWERY keyboard. However, the downside is the Saga has a relatively smaller touchscreen (2.5-inch) compared to Apple iPhone and Samsung Instinct. Thanks to Windows Mobile OS, the Saga phone comes preloaded with the popular windows mobile applications, including Windows Media Player, Microsft Office Mobile (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and Windows ActiveSync for synchronization of emails, calendar, and task-list with PC. The Samsung Saga phone supports Wi-Fi connectivity but lacks of 3G connectivity.

I love this phone, I had a Palm Treo, Moto Q, and now the Saga. The saga is very user friendly and comes with many features and has internet explorer as well as opera browser, media player, and all that you would expect from Windows Mobile 6.1.
The one down fall I have found is I can not find cases, skins or "ANYTHING" for this phone, not even software downloads.
I guess that comes with getting phones when they 1st come out. I just hope they start selling stuff for it soon.

Battery life is pathetic. Windoze Mobile crashes all the time. Remove the battery and the device works again for about 4-5 days. Just like a desktop reboot. I like the format of the phone, mouse, screen, and size.
Can not even remotely compare to the iPhone, Pre, or a host of other devices.
